Responsibilities Include :
- Booking appointments with clients to strategize their coverage options
- Engage with clients in a friendly & professional manner, while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support & solutions to customers in accordance with the companys customer service policies
- Collaborate with management teams to work towards company objectives
Requirements Include :
- Working laptop / computer with working camera and microphone for Zoom
- Monday-Friday, weekends optional
- Interpersonal skills - effective communication (verbal, non-verbal and written), collaboration and leadership
- An ideal candidate would display honesty, integrity, dependability and a positive attitude
